1999 Silverado. z71, extended cab, leather.

Yea, I’ll get it inspected if all goes well.

Passed inspection today. Changed passenger side cat and O2 sensor. Still had pending code for low voltage in drivers o2 sensor but the light didn’t set till after inspection. So in the future it will need to be cleared the night before then driven straight to the inspection station so it gets a cold start and most of the way through the drive cycle. Since it’s a 99 it is allowed to have two tests showing as incomplete.

I’m gonna bring the price back up to $2700-2800 for a few weeks as it gets closer to winter.

Known issues:
-CEL, as described above
-Brake light comes on randomly, fluid is full and parking brake pedal is all the way up
-ABS light is on, code says internal pump short
-Parking brake doesnt work
-seeps coolant somewhere, no drips but you can smell it occasionally and it needs a top off once in a while.
-extended door bottom hinge sticks a little
-outside door lock is seized, has remote entry though
-no spare tire
-for light lenses are gone, lights still work
-the pivot on both outside mirrors is broken, I tried to force the drives side and broke it. It’s screwed together. I don’t think the power feature on either side works anymore.
-drivers side outside mirror has is cracked in the middle, barely noticeable.
-dust shield on one of the rear brakes is touching the rotor so it squeaks a little.

I know it seems like a lot of things wrong but 75% of them you wouldn’t notice for a while if I hadn’t told you.

Did a >350 mile trip yesterday at about 17.5 mpg. Truck is running great!

BUMP! has a new exhaust manifold gaskets, lower 3rd door latch, , ‘new’ spare (alloy wheel with a beat tire), and both outside mirrors. I have another cat to go on the drivers side because the OEM one is leaking at the welds a bit.
