Marge and I are closing on our house december 15th. Jan 1 08 we will be out of the aparment and it will be up for lease. Rent is 550m, only utility is electric and cable if you want it. Theres a coin operated laundry, 1 parking space per apartment. If you want a Dog they probably wont allow it(small dog could probably be snuck in. We had a cat and had to pay an extra 25 a month for the cat.
Location is 65 Locust St in Millvale. Its a 9 tenant building. This is one of the 6 two bedrooms int he place. Larger living/dinning area. If anyone is lookin for a place close to the city you can come by and check it out. You will just have to excuse the moving boxes.
Rental compay is Residential Properties Inc. ( 412-821-3355) that is renting this out. We can show you the place before we give the keys back. Then deal with the rental company to rent it.

A few corrections…We close on 12/14/07. We are moving out by 12/31/07. The rent is $550 a month if paid by the seventh of the month. If paid later than that, it is $600 a month. We pay an extra $25 a month as a “pet fee” (2 cats). It is 2 bedrooms (master bedroom is fairly large-we have a king sized bed and tons of space), 1 bath, small kitchen with dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. The living and dining room are one large, open area. There is a ceiling fan/light over the dining area. The living room opens out to a balcony through a sliding glass door. This apartment is on the second floor. There is one exterior flight of steps and one interior flight. There is one parking spot directly in front of the building for the tenant and also extra parking slightly down from the building. It is not a fancy luxury apartment but it is pretty nice. Newer beige carpet, tile in the bathroom, linoleum in the kitchen. Large closets in both bedrooms. Tenant pays electric only. The apartment does have electric heat. Our bill is about $70 when not running the central air or heat and between $100-$150 with the air or heat on. Technically, the apartment is in Shaler, though it is just up the street from Millvale. It is on Locust Ridge Drive, which is just off of Evergreen Avenue.
Congrats on the new house! MY wife and I closed this past April. It’s been a shitstorm of remodeling since then. I just forwarded this link to my next door neighbors, both are looking for a new place.
