Nice area-- quick access to the thruways. I lived on Ellen for over a year and now live a block or so over. Decent price for the condition of the place and the area (I did a LOT of apartment hunting in this area and most stuff is around 650-700/mo and aren’t as well kept as this).

Thanks guys, the location is why I picked this house if the first place. It’s right in the middle of everything. I wish I lived there again, I just asked the tenants what the utilities are and it’s only $50 for gas and $40-$50 for electric. I am paying more than double that where I live now.

Hey everyone, thanks for the interest and the questions, sorry have been late to respond to some questions. I had over 30 emails for the apartment in 12 hours and 15 people show up to look at it earlier this week. I ended up renting it out without a problem and had to turn a bunch of good candidates away. Thank you for all the interest and I’ll post it again if something opens up.

Bump, tenant is looking to break her lease due to some sort of family issues. Looking to rent November 1st, possibly a week or 2 earlier depending on her situation.

damn looks like a pretty damn nice place of living for the money. i wish i was ready and had someone to live with. I love that area.

I know, I can’t believe it ended up like this, I wish the timing had been better. She was the perfect tenant though. I walk in there and it’s like Martha Stewart decorated and lives there.
