Soooo… half a year or so I’d say, unless a good deal pops up in the area, but who knows -.-
I just don’t want to be tied in to a 1 year, then find a good deal 4-5 months before the lease runs out then have to pay some outrageous fee to get out of the lease.
That whole area is pretty nice if i’m correct, right?
My doctor is out near there and it seems pretty good.
I’m always nervous when I see anything in cheektowaga -.-
I see now. Depending on the situation and the people going through, I might be willing to do a year lease with the option to get out of the contract if you purchase a house. Finding a tenant in the middle of winter is a bitch though.
Thanks, it will look a lot nicer after I clean it up. I have two guys living in there now and they have a typical bachelor pad set up. A few coats of paint when they’re gone will make it even better.
Right by a friend of mine’s place… nice neighborhood. Looks like an identical layout to my friends place too… gotta be how they all are on that street.
