A few things have come up, mainly my father having a stroke and living here has proven too difficult for me to help them from where i currently live so I’ll be moving into a new place April 15th that is with in minutes of my parents house. With that being said I have a 2 bed room apartment for rent in Cheektowaga at the Idylwood Resort off of French RD.
It’s in a cat friendly building. The rent in $688 per month there currently which includes gas. The thermostat is capped at 75 but the apt is very well insulated so it rarely ever is put that high. Very quiet neighbors around me and you rarely hear anyone. The grounds are kept clean and in the summer there are grills and picnic tables setup around each building.
Electric usually ran me 50 per month, water about 10 and i had hd cable with dvr and powerlink for 75 per month.
There is a club house on the grounds with a 2 floor gym, tanning beds, heated pool, pool table and a few other things.
Thursday mornings are bagle day at the club house in the morning too!
In order for me to avoid paying on 2 rents i need to get someone in here asap. I am not subletting this, so the potential renter will be applying and paying directly through Morgan Communities.
This is a really nice place and i’m kind of sad to be giving it up right now. Me and my girlfriend had plans to live here until we got married and bought a house but unfortunately life throws you a curveball now and then and plans have to change…

Gas is pre-included in the rent so you can blast it 24/7 and it doesnt matter. The water bill comes quarterly and usually works out to be $20 if you run the dish washer alot and take long showers. The most i paid for electric was $55 durring Christmas when we had all kinds of lights hung up and a tree but usually its about $45.

You can also add basic expanded digital cable (comes with all their normal stations, ondemand, and music channles) for $35 a month as well directly through Idylwood.
