As stated in the title, this amp is not for the weak of heart. On MA’s website, this is classified as an extreme competition amp.
Sadly enough, I don’t have the money to make this dream of mine a reality. If you’re interested, gimme a hollar, I’d like to get $450 for it… ( $100 off the one I found for sale online in the link below ) There’s older versions on Ebay for $350 that are probably used. This one’s never been wired up, with the origional box and everything. ( Even the liscense plate and white gloves to handle it with ) The top 3 squares you see in the pic are decals that came with it, along with the remote gain control in the small box. I found it for sale online, here’s the link: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_2682_MA+Audio+HK802SX.html ( It was easier than writing all the specs )
I’d love to use it, but I don’t wanna trash my almost new Kicker Comps with it. They wouldn’t last 5 seconds on an amp like this LOL
CLIFF NOTES: $450 obo and no shipping, as this thing is HEAVY.
Bump. trades considered…looking for LIGHT 16" rims and tires, specifically a set of like-new crosslace wheels and good tires from a mid-late 90’s bonneville, 5x115mm (GM bolt pattern ) All other trades considered though, gimme an offer, this thing’s gotta go.
If you can’t run those subs without blowing them on that amp your an idiot. I ran a single 10" polk dx off my MA5082hx which is the same amp as that. I still have both the amp and the sub. This is what the 5082 looked like
Bump for a good amp but you could seriously run this in case you decide to upgrade you will have the power already.
Actually in East Pembroke, just off of 5. Just a stone’s throw from the Mobil gas station. If you’re interested in it for the $450, I’ll end the auction early and it’s yours. You’re out towards Akron, right?
