the mount, and chassis bracket are the same from any 96-00 civic, the block mount is specific to 99-00 si
I think I have the 2 post mount for the block, I dont think the other mount to the chassis I have is worth using. I’ll check if your interested.

i may have the mount…i did have one from a '96, I’ll have to check to see if it’s still in my garage. I know I had some '96 integra ones…dont know if those fit…maybe someone else will know
