Originally a Virginia truck I was told by previous owner.
Mechanically this truck is pretty solid. Starts up right away and drives with no issues.
No check engine light. July inspection

Brake Pads/ Rotors
Bushings
Transmission dipstick tube
Passenger side Exhaust manifold replaced
Spark Plugs
Oil Pan
Rear differential cover + Fluid
Shift needle assembly
Hood dampers
Rear wiper motor replaced
Issues:
Radio display goes in an out, common issue on these models.
Has some rust spots but not much in certain areas on the body, only visibly when doors are opened.
Might need pinion seals replaced.
Rear bumper is pushed in from previous owner not an issue so never bothered to look into it.
Center console has a rip in it (see pictures)
Not needed anymore as I upgraded to a pickup.
I was planning on driving this into the ground but changed my mind and decided I missed having a pickup.
I put about 10,000 miles on it in 2 years, mostly winter/ work use.
All work has been done by myself.
