Car is sold, this can be closed.
Took a day of posting it on Craigslist and the second person to see it. As said, this car was clean.
On a side note… I think the guy that bought it will be driving it for a few months then putting it back for sale being a used car dealer. If anyone is still interested, keep an eye out.
