well i traded my awd hatch for this rsx, I plan on building/fixing a couple of things and then selling it so I can get into an s2000

when i bought the car it had these mods done, it had a stripped interior with no working airbox and the heatercore was removed, my plan is to make it into a streetable car again so that someone can but it, turbo it and put down 500+whp down on pump gas easily

ugh every time I see a type s I hate myself for buying a modded base model :(… so did u take that wing off? if you still have it wanna sell it

Hmm nice pick up, I like it.

But whenever I hear about the k24 frankenstein motor, I think to myself how is it really a frankenstein motor? k24 short block/k20 head and oiling system, etc.

I can see if it was a mix of internals, example with a dsm frankenstein motor we take a 7 bolt block then fit 2g pistons on 1g rod or Evo 8 pistons on 1g rod,etc.

ya im not sure why its called a frank, but originally this block never had a head that had true vtec, also the oiling system is borrowed from another motor too
