UPDATE: I’ll be replacing
Water pump shaft
inner seal
outter seal
sealing washer
water pump shaft bearing
Both bearings on the counter balancer shaft
Balancer shaft seal.
FYI - the water pump shaft runs off the counter balancer shaft, thus the replace of those parts.

WATER PUMP ISSUE IS FIXED
New chain installed also.
Bump, been riding it here and there.
