2004 Yamaha R6 - Was dropped once by previous owner.

- the bike is -1 in front w/ a stock toothed supersprox rear, with a DID520 chain, slightly more acceleration.

- Jardine exhaust - has ding and scrape from when previous owner dropped it.

The bike was dropped once I was told at a speed around 5-10mph by the previous owner, he told me another biker rearended him as he stopped for the yellow rather than running it. Left side of fairing/tail has chipped off paint, right side of bike has scrape at the bottom, its not too noticable, has a small ding on the gas tank cover. The oil pump cover might have a tiny leak, when I bought it it had a shitty RTV job on it, and it came with the bolt and the cover that was damaged, so it should be an easy fix. I was told by the previous owner that you can change the oil pump cover while there is oil in the motor, he said he researched it and it shouldn’t leak out. I planned to fix it when I changed the oil, but like I said I never changed it. I regularly check it and it’s always fine, you could probably get away with never fixing it and just always keeping an eye on it but it comes with the parts, and the oil to change it, just need the filter.
I’m sellin it because I no longer have time to enjoy it. It is a blast and opperates flawlessly, it needs an oil change I have the oil and planned to do it on a sunday but I couldn’t find a filter due to stores being closed and not carrying it. I might change it before its sold, I don’t have much time since I work full time and go to school full time now. It is also missing a few screws for the farings, they probably are less then $15 to replace, the bike isn’t gonna fall apart without them, this is how I got the bike and I put 1,000 miles on it since I owned it.
Gear
- Helmet - shoei RF 1100 - black, probably used it 10 times. - Small
- Full leather matte black jacket with vents and shoulder, elbow and back armor. Its medium or small i forget, im 5’8 160ish lbs.
- Black leather full fingered gloves - medium or large.
- Black riding boots - they are size 9 but apparently run big, I never even wore them, they seemed to big and I never returned them.
All the gear totalled around $800, all good equipment that is very safe and is lightly used, just bought the bike and everything this year in may.
