I am the second owner and purchased this car in August of 2006 with ~7,600 miles on it. From that point until July of 2010, the car was located in Buffalo, NY. I moved to Virginia in 2010, and after experiencing a couple winters down here, have decided to put the STi up for sale. This car has been my daily driver, and most of the miles are highway miles. The car has never been tracked or Auto-x’d.
All regular/recommended maintenance has been done, and I have all the maintenance records. While in Buffalo, the car received a yearly undercoating. I have used Amsoil since about 23k miles, and have changed it religiously every 6k miles. Also, I recently did the 60k maintenance in September of 2011 which included:
- New air filter (K&N)
- New spark plugs (NGK)
- Replaced coolant (OEM Subaru with OEM Subaru conditioner)
- Replaced transmission fluid (OEM Subaru Extra-S)
- Replaced rear differential fluid (OEM Subaru LSD)
- Replaced fuel filter (OEM Subaru)
The car has been lightly modded:
- TurboXS catted TBE
- Ported wastegate
- Walbro High flow fuel pump
- Defi BF gauges (Boost, oil temp and EGT) with Defi Link and Defi pod
- Protune by Mike at Innovative Tuning in Buffalo, NY
- Replica V-Limited front lip
- Rally Armor mud flaps
- Debadged front subaru emblem/trunk

I also have practically brand new winter wheels and tires. They were used sparingly (I would estimate probably 5k miles on the tires) for two Virginia winters. The wheels are MSW Type 14 (17x8) and the tires are Pirelli Winter Carving (225/45/17). I bought these from Tire Rack brand new which cost about $1100.
The car has never been in an accident, has a clean title and is fully paid off. Unfortunately, the car did suffer some hail damage last summer. However, all of the damage was repaired via paintless dent repair and honestly you would never know.
The BBS wheels currently have Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs on them. There is not much tread left on them and will need replacing soon. The BBS wheels themselves are in good condition with no curbage and just minor chips from daily driving.
The KBB value of this car in very good condition is $20,086. With the practically brand new winter wheels/tires, I am asking $21,000 but am willing to listen to reasonable offers.
