It doesn’t or at least it shoulden’t, i think its based on the new standards for measuring HP. The 2007 STi should be the same.

are the new standards measuring WHP instead of BHP? I was looking at it thinking…wow, 293HP is less then 300HP. maybe that wing add’s 7hp?
