2008 Viper > Vette...

maybe so, but not for long. The Blue Devil is offically a go and here Lutz gives his take on the Viper being North America’s HP king.

Meh, it’s all cyclical. The Viper and the Vette play leapfrog every time a new version goes to production.

What Daimler needs to do is get off their asses and field a car for LeMans to run up against the Vette, Aston Martin, Sahleen, etc. etc.

Blue Devil LS9 FTMFW!

I’m really starting to rethink the whole Ferrari thing because of the Blue Devil. For the price of the Ferrari I can buy a Blue devil,Escalade EXT,Vette for the wife and a new work van for the business.
They predict the BD will be close to 3secs 0-60, 10’s in 1/4, and a top speed of 225:jawdrop: .

No mater which car is faster the Viper will always seem more exotic. I see vettes all of the time so they seem like no big deal. Now when I see a viper I remember it and take a second look.

COUGH dodge already has an answer for the blue devil that us VCA guys know about COUGH

Uh-oh.Doesn’t matter even if the Vette does win,I’m sure you’ll have some 2,000hp monster by then.
