Had this for sale a while ago, upgrade do and rebuild stuff so I figured a new add would be easier.
2009 Can Am Renegade 800 X package.
1942 miles
I have the paperwork in hand.
Motor was rebuilt at 1937 miles.
I had a fuel injector fail and stick open, flooding the motor with Fuel / oil ( self cleaned! ) At this point I Tore it down and maybe went a bit over board on the rebuild. The only real issue was cylinder wash, the bottom end was still perfect. I’m OCD and replaced everything anyway.
The heads and pressing in the crank bearings where done by Thayer sales and service. The Valve seats where cut to text book perfection. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I can get compression / leakdown numbers at any time, or do them with you present.

I have the primary’s powder coated, so the numbers are gone, but I measured the spring thickness before sending them out so them went back on in the same location.

Other / Maintenance
-New OEM A-Arm bushings.
-BullMoose motor mounts ( not solid )
-I replaced the RR wheel bearing, I have the other 3 new in the package still for when the others do go.
-Rear diff was rebuilt, Had a leaky seal so I replaced all the seals and bearings and set backlash.
-New OEM rear drive shaft assembly.
I have receipts for almost all of this. I’m sure I’m missing a few things.
At this point I have lost interest in the ATV, I have started another build of different nature. Its in the back of the shop on a battery tender. I have nothing to hide and have spared no expense in the motor.
