I so would want to swap my big block out for some LS9 powah

The LS9 crate motor is around $21,000 . That would get you one hell of a big-block. Something like this maybe:

Like a pump gas 900hp one, with $5K to spare:

Or a 1000HP one for same bukcs:

I showed this car to one of my friends who works for GM a couple weeks. ago. Turns out it belongs to one of the managers he works with.

That camaro is so awesome. Nice pics

I heard the roof was leaking.
And they keep turing down the plan to build a new convention center, now they are talking about Detroit losing the North American International Auto Show to chicago.

They had a tv news story on the roof leaking. It was dripping on the roof of one guys car. Plus it was leaking near the escalators too.

I was at Chicago Autorama. They have a ton of room there. But in their old convention center, their roof leaks too.

But it did look like they stepped it up for the Chicago Auto Show this year.

The area around 8 mile looks like a ghost town. I thought Niagara Falls, NY was bad. Blocks and blocks of boarded up, run down houses.

Downtown was pretty cool, but I think I had the worst waitress EVER at Chelios’ Chili.

HOLY

CRAP.

I can’t believe they can make that much fucking power, N/A w/ only 10.75:1

Is that a GAS number?

I guess there really is no replacement for displacement.

That is a pump gas number. 91 octane minimum though. Those motors need excellent cooling systems too, they don’t like to run hot.
