Since I’m a Z31 guy and know very little about 240’s I thought I’d ask you guys about a friend of mine who is looking for a good solid clutch for her car. It’s a 1989 240sx hatch. She’s looking for good quality/performance for her daily driver. Also her driver’s side headlight doesn’t flip up, could this be because of a blown fuse or a bad motor. Any suggestions would be apperciated. Thanks!
It seems like the flip open lights are problematic, my last 240 had the same problem. There was a forum member that was going to sell me the motor for it for a decent price, they had a parts car listed here. His name is Roland, but I can’t seem to find his number now!! I couldn’t buy the stuff from him for the last car, well for obvious reasons!! lol But the last I knew they still had it!! As for a clutch, I’m gonna be looking soon to, so I really have no ideas!!
hook 12v directly to the motor and see if that moves it. there are fuseable link under the hood.
a stock replacement clutch should be sufficient.
