arnt 740’s a bit much? or just planning for t4 future?

no there perfect. im shooting for 350-400 whp, so theese are exactly what im going to need. im kinda trying to build my setup similar to this guys setup

except i am using a megan mani high temp coated, 740’s because they dont make a top feed fuel rail for the s14 sr20 without going to a greddy manifold, and i dont want to do this because that mani is designed to bring power up top and i want to keep the low end power. i am also using a z32 maf which should make no difference at all.

But anyway progress on the projects looks good.

well winter is here and its about time to work on my car again as usual. i was getting some blowby that was causing the dipstick to pop out at high boost. so i pulled the motor and tore the motor down, to most likely put a set of forged pistons in it, if not a set of stock pistons and rings. i dont have any pics of the motor torn down but i do have a couple i took today of the engine bay before i cleaned it.

like it. but it makes me think… i have 460cc injectors and am shooting for 300whp. hmmmm should i ditch them and go bigger? from what ive read 460’s will be enough…

anywho…keep it up, it looks good and i love the s14’s

Dont know, but from what I know a good rule of thumb is about 1cc per horsepower. Unless you are going to run alcohol. Then you are right on with your injectors because you need to double the size.

460 are enough for 300. im running a ems so i can run whatever size injectors i want ya know.

Well, I’ve seen this car in person, and let me tell you, it’s wicked clean. Fantastic job on this car.

What happened to the carbonfiber radiator cover?

it ended up being for a 97-98 so i had to get rid of it.

i cleaned up some wiring in the engine bay and tore the engine down. ive just been gathering parts to put it back together. all im waiting on is my front and rear main seals so i can pull the crank out and hone the cylinders, then the updates will start coming more frequently. here are a couple pics of the engine bay and the parts ive been gathering.

now i moved the mafs wiring, ignitor chip, and the black box that was behind my shock tower inside the cabin, took the z32 fuel filter off and decided to use a russell fuel filter and come off of that with braided stainless lines. also i am in the process of relocating my fusebox, i will post pics of that when i finish. i still have to relocate the 2 grounds that are on the wheel well.
