Date: Sunday, August 27, 2006
Location: Washington Co. Airport, Washington, PA
Cost: $20 to race $2 to watch with a canned food donation
Benefits: The National Multiple Sclerosis Socirty
Why you should come: Because I have MS and I race…it’s that simple…Oh yea and it’s for a great cause!
Check out the website for pre-registration forms and more information. Thanks and I hope some of you can make it.
Ah I remeber last years well, this was right behind me in the staging lanes lol. Gotta give it to him though, he just came out to support the charity even if his choice of ride wasn’t the greatest. Figured i’d show this in case anyone was thinking about it but didnt think they had the “car” for it.
I would love to make it out, but yes, it is too early to tell for me. I would like to try and autox the new boat but I don’t want to make an ass out of myself as well
Ugg, again since this is for charity hehe…
(Edit: I should also mention if your new you can ride along with people who have done it before and get people to ride along with you to help you learn)
SinisterCRX- (yea might be older than yours but you get the idea…)
VictorSmalls- (Definally older than yours, but hey you can be the first newer one we get )
Whitey-…wait you said you’ll try to make it nevermind lol.
Just some random info that got passed down. But thanks to the use of the extra room at the airport this year they are calling for using 3rd gear twice (if you’ve ever watched or done a autox you understand why this is a big deal lol). If you wanted to preregister but didn’t, don’t worry there is still some room to enter. Just get there early enough (registration opens at 8am) with a canned good (for the food bank) and 20 bucks & drivers license in hand.
For those who arn’t racing at least come watch since its all goes to the charity anyways. There should be vendors for food and some other things on the side. Spectating fee is $3 bucks and they are also asking for a donation of canned food for the Washington County Food Bank.
