Saturday, April 21st - 11pm-4am @ Blu Mirage downtown (address below) :tup:

Open bar from 11pm-12am (Well drinks and bottled beer)

And for those who might not know, during open bar the drinks are free but the service is not! So please tip our bartender! I know she’ll appreciate it!

Recently, the management has made some huge changes regarding the dress and “image” code. I don’t have all the limitations yet, but here are some:

No Sneakers
No Boots
No Hats
No baggy clothing

I’ll add / change this list when I find out all the details.

This isn’t some shitty bar and it won’t hurt to dress up a little once this summer :tup:

No cover charge from 11pm-12am for our party only. Everyone else will be charged $3. If you show up later that that, don’t be surprised if they charge you cover. At the door you should be able to tell the bouncers that you’re with Josh’s party, or to make things even easier just print out and show them this:

DVDs will be for sale - $10 each.

Thanks to 87FOXGT and Itagaki, the portion of the video that was shot in High Definition will be able to be seen in High Definition this night only! Just video though and no audio as there will be a DJ playing the whole night (we’ll be in a club, duh.)

Our party will be on the 2nd floor (overlooks the first) and we’ll have our own bartender, etc. Anyone who’s been there will tell you it’s nice up there - super comfy bar stools and lounge seats.

You’ll need an ID. I don’t know how strict they’ll be for the party though. Just Show them the ticket above, your ID and say you know me.

Good stuff, like I said I’ll be driving in from Rochester for that night, and DD’ing (gasp yep, I’m not drinking). So if a few Rochester people want to ride along that’s fine with me.

Shit, I’m working a low-paying student internship at a university and can’t wear jeans. I’m surprised this is even an issue at all. Don’t most people with jobs need to dress well?

Go anywhere that is a decently sized city, not in WNY, and you wont be allowed in more than half the places wearing that. Sneakers and Jeans = big no no.

im from long island. home of the retarted guido’s and ppl with too much money. i party in NYC a lot. i ALWAYS wear pretty much the same thing. Ive never been bothered.

They may not enforce it equally, but if you can look at that list and not know EXACTLY what look they’re trying to keep out, I’d be surprised.
