5.3 LS fueling help

so i just swapped out the regulator/filter and the pressure is down to 57/58 and under throttle blips up to like 3500 rpm it drops to like 55/56

i suspect this was the issue but i wont know till i put some miles on it this weekend.

If it wasn’t that I was guessing proximity to extreme tree huggers in CA causing car to run more lean and efficient.

but my close proximity neighbors drive an NSX on one side and m235i on the other
