the muscle cars back in the day had the power, but the hook-up was probably the biggest problem.
that is something to think about. my bike traps at 143 and a six00RR traps at 125 but both bikes can do 10s figure that out. i do know that the 1000RR has a hard time with the tire staying on hte ground
top end rides,low end rides,n/a & boosted rides=all differant!!!
Bikes = poop
you can’t compare a muscle car to a modern car.
period.
they serve much different purposes.
thats because no matter what bike you sit on. you make it look like a vesba
stock for stock?
Correct me if im wrong
(using average times, not the best)

30 + YEARS OF TECHNOLOGY!!!
If those cars came out like that today they would be 40+ grand. my GS is near 4200 lbs, i don’t think any factory ls1 equiped car is that heavy.
by the way i’m number 9 on that list
fbody weighs 3600 pds
i wouldn’t say that a cobra or a vette is really a muscle car but a sports car, but anyway my dad is rollin the number 3 car on that list.
Cadillac CTS-V 4100lbs. LS6 powered 400hp
what about a Gen III LSequipped motor vehicle… i got one that weighed in at 4400lbs and pewter got one aroudn the same weight also
who cares
:1320:
yeah and neither one of those can touch the cars at the top of the list in stock form.
as for that caddy, thats 34 years of technology over a 70 GS and top of the line for GM. The GS in 1970 was a high average priced car, the CTSV is a fuckin expensive luxury car. I use the GS for the examples cause i have one but its that same for a lot of those cars
actually your GS is alot quicker then the same car of those eras. [ie. chevelle, tempest, and the other twins]
i thought the ctsv was in the 30,000 :dunno: maybe i am wrong…but if it is then it the cheaper of the cadilac line
that is the model with the six banger in it
oooh …thats why i was asking
oh yeah, 70 GS(X)'s were winning the super car showdown a few years during the 80’s. The GSCA hosted a 3 race shoot out between a bone stock Stage 1 and hemi cuda, the GS and hemi split the first two and the mopar boys put the cuda back on the trailer and boo hoo’ed after the third race. The 69 H/O, ls6 chevelle nor the the 70 Judge could touch the 70 GS stage1.
