duh of course its a good idea, but it wont happen.
ya…I missed that part. my bad.
i think its a good idea, i think we really need to get more opportunities like this into the area, i read an article last week in the UB spectrum about how no matter what idiot makes office, buffalo will still bounce back quite strongly because there is still interest in the area, and we are finally coming out of our post industrial slump. i think another awesome project could be turning the left over grain elevators into hotels or apartment complexes like they did in (ohio?)
i think if we could re-use existing buildings for a new purpose, it would make use of them while still retaining them, so the friggen historical society and preservationsists dont get into an uproar over crap like this.
that would be great if they went trough it. hopefully they will. so i can rent a room and sneak out at night and take a peek at the near by buildings :snky:
what do you need to rent a room for?
and if you’re talkinga bout the towers, we used to break into those when we were kids
yes back then it was much eaiser then it is now.
:word:
underground parking would be perfect. as far as the exterior of the place, it should be very retro, kind of similar to how statler towers looks, or even similar to how the psych center looks. dark brick, or even stone blocks(that wouldnt happen) but somethin very retro none the less. either way,
that owuld be a good spot for a hotel,i mean you got prospective students lookin at buff state, the art museum, history museum, scince musuem right down the 33, the zoo, waterfront near by, ub south campus is close, somewhat close to buffalos art district, hsbc arena semi close, easy access to the 198 and 190. i say huge  get it done and hopefully the city wont fuck it up like it fucks up everything.
ps, they could maybe even let the people who have businesses there now have theyre busnisess on the ground floor of the hotel :gotme:
o yea, close entrances to road XXX
Please, please please plase please please please please NEVER EVER MENTION THAT PIECE OF SHIT BIASED PAPER IN MY PRESENCE AGAIN.
Thank you.
