Refinished within the last two years i believe it was. Lightly polished spokes, repainted inners. TIRES NOT INCLUDED, they are bald and shot anyway, not any good
4 good centercaps, 1 blank silver one, the Irocz fell off and i replaced it with a silver chrome painted plastic disk. Looks good just needs IROCZ written on it or go buy another one for it
