what sthe difference from the 90 tranny to 91
i’m get in motor turbo taranny and t case off a 1990 tsi for 150 and wondering if i could use the tranny incase mine ever goes.

90-94 trannies were the same,only thing they use in the awd that were stock parts were galant vr4 parts.IE the imput shaft and such.the rest is mainly use of evoIII shift forks and beefier syncros.
but that is mainly the base line tranny they make.then u got people like shepard and curt brown that are in no way running the run of the mill rebuild on there trannies.
not sure about a difference in trannys but i do know theres a difference between the 90 and 91 ecu’s
