i order a h4 hid kit they sent me one for a 9004 bulb… long story short the company wont make it right. want me to pay to send them back then pay to send a new kit out which is more then what i paid for whole kit to get sent… is there a way to wire a h4 harness to the 9004 relay plug for the kit.
Did they send you the wrong product or did you buy them from someone else and you just aren’t saying that…
If they sent you the wrong product they have to honor that… send them back before you hack it up and make them worthless
they sent me the wrong product and they will not send another out till i pay them 15 dollars to ship another and i send the other one back which say it will cost me 83 dollars to send back… i been on the phone with then for 5 hours. i can barely understand a word they say. im gettin frustrated and they will not take the hit when its there fault. i just wanna see if i can just use these ones
i got it to work but i will never order from vvme.com again send the wrong product out and wont own up to it. so much for a 14 month warrenty probably have to do the same shit to get it fixed if anything breaks
they sell HID kits and tattoo kits… how could this not be shady?

If you are using a different bulb than what is supposed to be in there, your headlights won’t work for shit. You may have gotten them to turn on, but the beam pattern will be off.
well, the argument would be that by sending the wrong product (not what was ordered) the company is at fault (call it bait and switch or whatever you want)… and it is their liability to correct this.
image I ordered an M3 online and a 325i showed up. BMW can’t say “pay some more money to ship the 325 back to europe and we’ll send the M3”. this is extortion.
it’s different when they send the correct item and you want to return.
in court this company would lose.
There is close to nothing you can do.
There is almost never a warranty on HID ‘Kits’… Regardless of what the seller says.
it bullshit so they can keep sending out the wrong item and keep thinkin they can charge u again to ship the right one… i got them to work but they suck lol…
