Its all cosmetic… He used bondo to try and fix the quarter and could have done a better job… if you wanted it to look perfect you could redo it ur self or bring it to body shop. but in my opinion its a 1600 car and looks fine the way it is.

Whats up with the wheels not fitting over the breaks? Have the rotors/calipers been changed out to larger than stock ones? E30s can ride on 14" steelies I thought, so why do you need spacers? Your wheels look bigger than stock anyways.
put spacers in the front because wheels hitting the breaks idk why they dont hit any more with spacers

Caliper overhang will make contact with wheels depending on offset and spoke design. There is more than just wheel diameter to it.
