**** I drove this car new off the lot 15 yrs ago, and it’s been my only wheels until recently. Sorry to see it go, but go it must! ****

front part of driver side frame rail has minor perforation, but everything back from there is solid. passenger side frame rail solid front to back. hatch starting to rust (no kidding!) as is the bottom of the driver’s door.

interior is in great shape. no holes or rips anywhere.

car is unmodified and has been dealer maintained (friend in the right place!) I’ve got a set of 4 winter tires on rims that is included.

should pass e-test (always has in the past anyway)

recent work done:
clutch ~12000km ago
new yoko es100 on stock rims ~10000km ago
starter replaced at 190000km
clutch master cylinder/fuel sending unit/pump @ 180000km
timing chain tensioner fixed
A/C condenser replaced several years ago and blows cold

Sorry to say this but the rust is BADDDDDDDD. frame to fix will be $400 a side. interior is mint. from the looks i still think 2K is to high. when the frame cracks it will be a parts car.

for anyone who buys it. have it flat bedded right to a frame shop. i bought my 240sx with a rusted frame and it cracked when i was driving home around the corner from where i bought it. just be carefull… id say worth 2k only if its certifiable except for the rust

lastly… ac takes 10hp from the engine and is 35pnds in totale. ditch it to race it, keep it to baby it.

Thanks for you input Cryptic. The only other thing that needs to be fixed to pass safety is to replace the washer pump. It died a slow death and finally packed it in a little while ago.

I looked at this car couple days ago. This would make a very good daily driver. Hes showing you all the bad spots on the car, the chassis is actually not to bad. Rear frames are spotless, which is hard to come by. Patch the front frame, throw another hatch on the car and your laughing. He’s maintained the car well.

A patch job on the frame would be a few hundred bucks. 2k is a fair price to ask.

i think my friend put a deposit on the car today, went to see it so it may be sold that or sale pending lolz

sale agreed to but no cash or papers exchanged. I told the guy I’d hold the car for him until tomorrow(saturday). IF he doesn’t show then I’ll start taking offers again. My e-mail is being bombed with queries right now…
