93 240sx

Hey, I have a 93 240sx. Its white in color, has no surface rust just the doors need work, both have rust on them and the drivers side is patched.
Frame needs work, one frame rail has a hole and the rockers need attention too.

The good:
WORKING HICAS
all power options
2nd owner
used to be my daily driver, runs mint no problems with the motor.
no rips or tears in the seat or dash.
has around 250kms on it.
have most of the service records since new.
tranny shifts smooth. no problems

the Bad:
ABS light is on
clutch is still good but needs replacing in the near future.
needs TLC and a loving owner.

cant take the pics right now, i get home late after work.
but a couple of guys here can back me up on this, there are no holes in the floor. Just a frame rail needs work and rocker panel.
