I bought the car from a friend of mine for cheap, ~$1000 in the turbocharging, ~$600 in the body, $250 for the wheels, $125 for the springs, plus all of the maint. and extras.
So yeah it was/ is a budget build.
I already have a larger/ better turbo and plans to make my own manifold over the next winter.
