Bump Any one. Offers trades?

i would but i only have 2100 but its so sweet

Miles? Price seems pretty far up there for a 2.0L, you’re in VR6 territory unless this thing has super low miles.

Not trying to be a dick, but I’m just saying.

The motor and tranny has 30k on both. The tranny and brand new clutch was replaced 3 months ago at World Class Transmission in Delmont. I have all paper work for this. The body has 110k. It is also on craigslist If you look up gti He is the owner of this And has more info on his page.

Thanks, I was just curious.

if you knew any better, you wuld know that the mk3 chassis didnt come in the us w/ a 16v engine.

in europe it did-- it was an abf engine code. 150 hp n/a 4 banger.

i think i know who built this car-- he built it legit-- bought the parts etc to do the swap. it is not a stock piston aba bottom end and mk2 intake parts like 99.9% of the mk3 w/ 16v swaps.

bottom end was an aba block, but had bought the pistons to make it an abf short block. intake efi was mk3 abf spec afaik. also had a custom chip in it.

It sounds like you know this car (vw16vcabby). The guy he bought it off of said that stuff and we did not comprehend it at the time. Thanks for the extra info VW16VCABBY. It is truly a nice running motor he built.
