Is the e-brake hooked up?

Ebrake is not hooked up, the car will be sold certified and etested.
A working e-brake is a part of certification though.
All that is needed is R33 cables. If a serious buyer approaches me and meets my asking price. I will purchase the cables and make the ebrake full functional.
