quit messing around with over priced exhaust and build up that muscle car
spoon is way overpriced. not sure how good the other two are.
i have the apex WS2 on my teg…good for a daily driver, chambered and stays pretty quit until about 3500 rpm. after that its not high pitched or ricey at all. nice and deep sounding. should be similar with the SOHC.

but if you’re planning on building the motor or doing forced induction the WS2 wont be a good choice.
I’m just trying to finish this to sell and make money to move on!..hoe
The hatch as a worked up ls motor, so it would need to be fairly open so not to choke it at all. The backup plan is 2.5" to an N1 can of rice. I just want to keep the appeal up for when I sell it.
Depending on if your going boost or NA, i have 2 suggestions…
If your going boost i would go with the 3" Stainless Thermal Exhaust, sounds great, nice deep tone and doesnt have a big obnoxious muffler like alot of other turbo applications do…
If your keeping it all motor i would go with the T1R catback hands down…it is one of the few fully through 2.5" exhausts made for a Honda, sounds like a dream as well…heres a link if you wanna check it out…

T1R = :bigok:
I had a 5zigen Fireball on my car before and it was a nice tone. No rasp. Canister looks really good so it wouldn’t deter any potential buyers.
The N1 for the EK sits SUPER low. A friend of mine just tore the canister totally off of his.
Interesting… The motor is a 96 ls, obdI, ctr pistons, milled head, crower 403’s, springs, retainers, ebay header thats almost 2.5".
Seems like a good exhaust… but the thing is, i can get a 2.5" b pipe bent up just like that for like 80 bux… whats so special about the muffler then?
u need a side exit,
ya, but would that be copying showtime even though its not done yet? :dunno:
I just got it fired up today, its got a mean lope down at 8-900rpm idle…i dont want a ghey exhaust to cover that up.
im talking about side exit out front bumper, come on now
maybe on a future project, not this little turd. :eek4dance
