97 Honda Accord - This sound good?

On to the bad/questionable
-Car must have been in at least minor accicent. The front driver side the lights dont’ line up quite right.
-Some minor rust painted over
-Minor rust on the bottom of doors
-Meet the dealer at a midas muffler (said he just got the Front Drive axel replaced)
-Dealer was really weird about using auto start. Gave some bs story about how dangerous auto starts are, and his family isn’t allowed to use them because of fires.

I’m just looking for a decent car, thought I’d get some input. This car would be for my gf, not me though.

It sounds like its worth around $4,500… It should hold up fine as long as it had proper maintenance…
