A guy i know from vegas has a pretty sweet GA. Ended up dynoing the other day and came up with some pretty nice numbers. Put down 432hp/424tq on C16 at 16lbs with a Garrett GT3076R IIRC and your other basic stuff you will find on a boosted 4 cylinder.
Car at alittle lower boost making around 350ish hp

Could be an SE with the Ecotec (02+) or else with the 2.4 TDC I believe, which would be 99-01. And then just have a GT front bumper.
