civil case pending?
I understand one of the possible motives the prosecution was hoping to present was that the victim was talking too much about the double murder than Hernandez will stand trial for later this summer. If that is the case, was the victim also involved in the double murder?
i have no idea, but if that is the case a lot of the victim impact statements are probably a bit hollow.
“He was such a good guy. Sure he was hanging out with a guy he knew committed a double murder earlier…maybe he himself took part…but a great guy…didn’t deserve to die like those other 2 for whom he apparently had little concern.”
