Most are kits or clones. You can get them for pretty cheap.

i’ve seen/ridden in many og’s in my lifetime. classic motorsports had a writeup not too long ago where the conclusion was you’re better off with a kit. better brakes/suspension/reliability, plus you can actually drive it without shitting your pants when a stone hits it
One of my old co-workers from Valeo is building a factory 5 coupe here in Rochester. It should be floating around at auto-x and track days by next summer.
