Sent Eric’s wife to get some parts this weekend, one of which was 4 O2 sensor bungs. Nobody there knew what an O2 bung was. She spent 25 minutes there waiting as they all asked eachother what the hell a n 02 bung was. Then decided to sell her a NPT plug of sorts and said thats what it was! LOL
Surly someone there sold atleast ONE o2 sensor, and would understand that it threads into something, gee, maybe a o2 sensor BUNG??? Now knowing that, would a male threaded plug constitute a bung in your head based on that thought process??? Not to mention maybe looking on the computer or being crafty looking on your smart phone and doing a google image search for “o2 sensor bung” might have assisted them in their search for something as simple as this request!
