There is a difference.
flush fitment that the lip of the rim at the top of the wheel arch is flush with the sheet metal of the car.
Aggressive fitment is where the rim actually sits further out that the sheet metal or body of the car.
i think agressive is with LOTS of poke and negative camber that scares babies, tucking things that normally dont tuck in, the other one is with just more poke than normal.
