As for a press pass. I have noooo idea, yeah ask the track. I think you’ll get better footage from the stands/outside so you can get close to the wall ride action.
I do not think videos are prohibited. There was a lot of people video taping last year look at youtube. Even if you do video tape chances are his videos are better quality but its always good to have video from different angles.
