I’m not talking about hockey on a side street, I’m talking walking between two destinations and when a car honks at you, you glare at them and still don’t move. It’s the “I’m gangsta, fuck you” mentality.
And :lol: if you try and argue that you don’t see it in Buffalo. I have never driven anywhere that cross walks are as blatently disregardled as Buffalo NY. The best part is if you dare honk your horn to tell them maybe they should get the hell out of the way, they yell and scream at you.

BTW… if this is such a suburbia problem, and not a city problem, why is it the schools in suburbia are doing great while the schools in the city are doing so poorly? And don’t say money, because last year Buffalo spent more per child than Williamsville. It’s the mentality of the kids and the parents, and since most of them that are dragging down the test scores are in the ghetto, I think “ghetto mentality” fits.
