When I first got into Porsches the 356 was everywhere for about $25,000-$30,000.
I wish I had purchased one back then.
Of course when I was 18 $25,000 was a lot of money. lol

Haha, don’t get me wrong I do like my American cars, but the Germans are usually light years ahead of us as far as engineering goes. I mean in 1966 the 911 had 4 wheel disc brakes, dry sump oiling, overhead cams all standard. I wouldn’t mind getting an older 911 someday when I’m done with school.

Cool pic, the 4 round tail lights are the Pre-A cars 1955 and earlier, then they switched to the teardrop tail lights when it became the 356A in 1956.
