Almost done with the Porsche...

This car has been a very long time coming, like 13 years. It’s almost ready to go out for the interior probably next week. When I started working on it it was basically the body so its nice to see it finally together.

Wow gorgeous 356 cab. Is it an A? (I’m not fantastic at telling the difference between A/B/C)

Yeah it’s an A but its not a cabriolet. Its a convertible D which was kinda the car that replaced the speedster, very light with not much sound deadening.

Interesting.

I’d love to check it out in the spring when it’s finished.

Congrats on the progress so far.

Well that’s just fucking awesome. I love the looks of those.

A professor of mine in Hawaii had a MINT silver one and I always wanted to steal it lol.

Thanks, thought most of the credit goes to the guy I work for. It should be back in the owners hands hopefully before it snows. He will probably take it to a decent amount of shows around here.

that shop looks familiar … Who’s doing the work ??

the shop is called Interworks

Very nice… cool project…

guess not …

Great looking ride

Very nice car

Looks awesome.

Very cool.

That car is very cool indeed. What year is that? Ive never seen an old porsche like that…

so the project started when it was brand new?

Its a 1959

not sure what you mean by that, the cars gonna be 50 years old next year.

Wait - is this shop downtown? I think we were right down the street from this when we did our pics last weekend… I remember seeing a 911 Targa out front and the white car’s rear end sticking out of the garage door.

Hot ass car. That’s ballin’ right there.

Jim Hoennsee?

Beautiful car.

NICE

I love it
