Endomondo, it rocks for tracking running, walking, and cycling, workouts via gps.

I use Tracks (by google).
Its free, and sensitive enough to track me moving around
from room to room in my apartment. It also works with googleMaps
so you can share ‘tracks’ and save them as well.
