no, they only belong on r8s. i never even knew they came on the s6, but i guess then they belong on that too. every person i have seen try to make the same look has just failed more the hitler at taking over the world.

i saw some for sale at waterfest. they were stright strips of LED’s and i thought about putting them in the front fog light grilles cuz they would fit in there perfectly and use that as day time running lights, but when i saw that 2 pieces of plastic with some LEDs cost 400+ bucks i said no thanks

So many cars have that now…08 Acura TL (bro has one and the lights are blue in the base TL and red in the Type-S), new 09 Maxima I believe, Audi’s (according to you although I haven’t been in a new one).
Car manufacturers copy each other, and personally I think if it looks good then go do it. So what if it was on a BMW? That’s like saying don’t do a headlight retrofit because the projector was made for car and not your car. My TL projectors + halo’s would look better than any BMW factory headlight on the planet in my opinion.
Do what you want man. I love Halo’s on most cars. I do have one stipulation. It has to look like it belongs there…so it can’t be a civic with a big ass ugly bodykit and huge spoiler. But a nice clean simple modded car with halo’s would look great. By nice and simple I mean rims, drop, and tint…and preferably headlights that have projectors/HID’s. Nothing kills the look of halo’s like a halogen bulb.
I am selling my car to buy an Infiniti M45 (hopefully 2008 if I can find one for a good price). I’m toying with the idea of getting a spare set of headlights and retrofitting TL projectors in there with a ZKW lense and putting halo’s in as well.
