I got both of my cats from PetSmart in EGB, but the society involved is Animalovers.org . Check out their site. If you see a cat you like, call them up and they can tell you where to see it.

OP, check out saratoga county animal shelter. I have been getting cats from them my whole life and we just got our recent two from there.
