My mother was talking to the cops: said that he was drunk and RR crossing gates came down, which activated the light. causing him to be confused to stop or not for the RED light. Jumped the little Island went sideways, the front clip caught the POLE ( not in picture ) then ran to a pay phone… to call someone :dunno: not the police though.
Also she said: those pictures up above… He went back inside the car and waited.
