Any other Vipers in Pittspeed?

Been hanging around the forum for a while finally figured i’d register.

Anyone know of other Viper’s in W.PA area that are active…most of the guys i meet are old as hell and might put 500 miles a year on them.

How do i post pics once i upload them?

Welcome Bill

hi

welcome

Hey whats up Eric…thanks for the replys…the viper forums i hang out on everyone is mainly from Florida or Califonia…a few nice ones here and there but locally it is completely dead…there are supposedly a few badass ones in the canonsburg area…but haven’t met them yet.

My full exhaust and clutch will be done by spring and with the gains i have already seen i will have no problem running mid 11’s all day next year…i just hate going through rear tires with this car…1 grand a set!

HAHAHAHA same here me vs a viper at prp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AXyFxRzvTU

Another vid of same run http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=temwBpO1msQ&feature=related

Any who welcome to pittspeed. I would like to run ya sometime maybe in the spring we can get it paired up

There’s three or four Vipers in Johnstown. One of which is a waste and has been filled with stereo equipment and a stupid paint job. the others are rarely seen out.

true street tire record(michilin PS2’s) for Vipers now is 161mph trap and it was done without NOS…hes makeing 1,400 whp w/twin turbos on pump gas w/meth injection built by UnderGroundracing.com…pretty sick setup considering he drives it like that on the street…with VP116 they have seen upward of 1,800whp now for the stock frame record in the high 7’s…i have no plans on going forced induction but i would like about 600whp all motor before i buy an '08

I peep the viper vids often , you have one very sick starting point for any direction you choose. I would love a car like that

But right now I need a fast car that I can still get the wife and kids in and out of if need be. Even though It just sits in the garage haha

do you know Kurt Brown??

I know of him and spoke to him a few times but , I wouldnt say I know him haha

i really think the most amazing aspect of the Viper is actually the Brakes and handling…the Gen 3 Vipers have Brembos on all 4 corners and with the upgraded pads and lines its amazing the pull down from 150+…the seatbelt will leave a redmark on my neck when i show someone…it steers amazing fast for a big car and reminds me of my S2000 only wider w/more grip…the car just doesn’t feel as heavy as it really is.

post some pics if you got them

Kurts Evo that he sold…is probably the baddest ture steet car i have ever seen built on a buget under say 100k total investment…he really helped me with my DSM and it turned out nice

With no buget in mind though i would still take the Carrera GT i got to drive at the track…i still can’t forget that experience
