I bought a couple of Sandisk Sansa e250’s from Woot a while back, both were DOA when I received them but their replacements are working fine.
Woot has no customer service… and i mean 0, they even say they wo nt respond to emails…
their shipping method is slow as balls

I order a bunch of stuff from woot. Probably 10 orders or so in the last year.
Odd. I bought a battery jump starter from them months ago. Showed up dead. I sent an email the same day, and my account was credited the next.

The lights mean it is a WOOT-OFF… after an item finishes, they move to another one… all day long
